I had my front upper teeth capped 3 weeks ago and immediately had a loud buzzing and vibration on the right side of my face. It is so distracting and is intense in the mid and lower register. I have been playing for 45 years and this is to a point that I want to stop playing. I have tried plastic mouthpieces, different horns with no relief. HELP!!!

You should talk to the dentist. It may just be a minor dental adjustment.

Yeah - I don't know why you'd ask us. We may have a dentist or two on the board, but the guy who did your dental work is probably your first and best bet.

First, probably. Best, maybe not.

If he can’t explain and fix the issue, I would insist on a specialist.
