How do I get my marketplace info??

I've tried reaching out to TH Admin, but I don't think my messages are getting through.

I would like to place some ads in the TH Marketplace, but I can't seem to properly activate my account. I get prompted for a PIN, but I have no idea what it was or how to get or reset it. Who do I contct about this?

There seem to be a lot of people who have problems with their pins. Many have posted in Comments and Suggestions. You might find a clue or two there.
