Hello and thanks You all for the great suggestions I daily take from this wonderfull forum.
Its my first post here Im 50 and 3 years ago I started "to blow air in my trumpet"...
When ascending my neck forms cords, I try to push lips towards (Gordon's Circle Picture), to be relaxed and make correct breathing but I am not able to fix the issue. Can anyone suggest me something? Its not puffing it just forms cords.
Thanks in advance sorry for my bad english and happy music to you all.

Perhaps you are using excessive 'tongue arch' (strongly forcing your tongue to rise)?

Many people do use 'tongue arch', but I believe the amount should be limited to the minimum amount needed to have a good sound. When practicing to play higher notes, more tongue arch can be used, but do not attempt more than a few steps higher than you can play with good sound.

Most Important Note ? - the next one !
KNOW (see) what the next note is BEFORE you have to play it.
PLAY the next note 'on time' and 'in rhythm'.
Oh ya, watch the conductor - they set what is 'on time'.

They are tendons in your neck. They are tightening, which suggests tension is being created. More than that, it is impossible to tell you anything except for guessing. You need to find a good teacher and play for them.

Thank you so much for your help I will try to check where tension comes from or better ask to a teacher.
Greetings and happy music to you all
