I'm after D trumpet parts for the above, but I've spent all morning searching and failed.

Any suggestions of where to order them?

Jon.

Handel parts are traditionally written at concert pitch - so you see it in D major. It is in the Musica Rara complete parts edition like this.

It's all you need to perform it.

cheers

Andy

Georg Friedrich Haendel - 3 Arias for Soprano Voice, Trumpet and Keyboard. Transcribed by James Ode. 2 scores and one trumpet part (in D).

Published originally by Brass Press, a division of Editions BIM, Switzerland. I have ordered a new copy within the last year, and performed two of the three on a recital on the last Sunday in April.

HTH,
Al

Excellent, thanks people. I've tracked down some parts now, I had no idea it'd be so tricky!

'I had no idea it'd be so tricky' I'm referring to tracking down the parts!

Thanks for pointing that out, I didn’t see it and it brings back a flood of great memories of my best friend (since deceased) Claire Newbold. I guess I wrote it out for her.

Yes my advice is always good.
