I've found an Olds Superstar Flugel at a local music store and it is in like new condition and plays nice and mellow. It plays evenly in the upper range and all slides and valves work well. There are not dents nor major scratches. They are asking $600 with case and mouthpieces. Any recent opinions on the Olds Superstars as far as quality and play-ability? I'm thinking if I can get them to go for $500 it might be worth it.
