Anybody out there have experience with their products?

I cannot figure out if they need better pictures of their products, or if their mutes and mouthpieces simply are crude home projects. I know my questions sound a bit snotty, but over the years I have seen my share of low-quality gimmicks on places like eBay.

I think it is a little of both. In my opinion, the quality of woodworking and finishing is about as good as the photo editing.

In one picture you can see bubbles in the finish where the lips will rest. The trombone wah mute has a sloppy application of cork.

One of the mouthpiece pictures is trimmed very badly making it look really odd or amateurish.

They may make an excellent product, but if so the website does not do them justice.

And in addition to what you guys both mentioned, when there are prices that look like they have been “fake slashed”, that doesn’t lend much credibility.
