I'm reading his biography,.
"Arnold Palmer, A Life Well Played".
Publisher, Arnold Palmer Enterprises, 2016

Just about every one of his short chapters has a golden nugget of knowledge in it. I especially approve of his emphasis on the avoidance of overtraining. How such obsessions can ruin an otherwise fine golfer's game.

I've found a powerful parallel here in practicing the trumpet too. Golf, like the trumpet is such a mental process. I must renew this book at the local library. It's just one of those rare finds which you can take to the bank.
