Great performance! Thanks for the link. I wasn’t following her, but now I am.
It’s definitely a fun piece to play with orchestra. _________________ Richard Simoneau

Great piece and performance by Ms. Ott. She recently won one of the major European competitions, I watched her outplay a stack of hotshot male performers on very physical literature, including Jolivet No 2. Very impressive indeed. |

Thanks for this. Another rising interesting trumpet player on my list to follow.
She certainly is distinctive in her approach, very direct. Will be listening with great interest. _________________ Bb: Schilke X3L AS SP, Yamaha YTR-6335S

I heard her play Solo du Concours for Reinhold in his studio at age 16, several years ago, and it is by far the best I have ever heard that piece, of anybody of any age. _________________ Andrew Harms, DMA
