I've played Bob Reeves mouthpieces for 3 or 4 years, I guess. Most were purchased here at TH or Ebay, so when I contact Reeves my questions don't generate additional income for Bob and co.
I believe I noticed a reply from John Snell (a Reeves guy) regarding a reply he made on a thread here at TH. I'd purchased a Reeves-Purviance piece (a P6 - super piece) here at TH and wanted more info than I found at the Reeves internet site (and it's a great site). Anyway, John Snell responded quite quickly and with more info than I'd even thought to ask. I was thrilled!
More recently, I purchased another Reeves-Purviance piece off Ebay that didn't look like anything I'd seen by Reeves, so I again emailed John - with pics. Again, his response was very quick - and very thorough.
I can't say enough about John's quick, thorough, and impressive responses. It's such a pleasure to receive a quality, quick response from any company today, and especially for an after-market purchase. Kudo's to John Snell for his help - and to the entire group at Reeves for putting out such excellent mouthpieces. _________________ Jonathan Milam

Reeves Mouthpieces have been my only choice since getting my first 1S695 (the old designation) back in 1971. That morphed into a 41S695 about a decade later and many more since then! I have never had a mouthpiece need that Reeves hasn't been able to fulfill. Long live Reeves Mouthpieces!
