I think you would be unlikely to find this published anywhere, but it would be a good exercise to transcribe it. You're basically dealing with a generic Spanish/flamenco/phrygian scale, and the melodic phrases are pretty simple. The hardest part would probably be to nail down the exact rhythmic patterns, since it's kind of free form.
Also compare with the Miles version in Sketches of Spain. If you ignore the Gil Evans marching band intro and exit music, Miles does a very similar type of melody. I would recommend transcribing both and see what similarities you can see. For starters just try playing along with each, and once you start getting a feel for it you can write some things down.
