Flip - I think you are spot on. After looking more closely at the bracing and valve body, I do believe it is a Committee. Appears it was modified with the addition of “Amato like” water valves and 3rd finger ring attached to the top in lieu of the side of the slide. Below is a link to a still shot from the video showing the bracing which appears identical to the Committee trumpets.
