Music is, at its heart and soul, an interpretive art form.
At this level identifying whose performance is "best" is primarily a subjective determination based on your own standards and preferences.
People are entitled to their subjective standards and preferences. However, I don't think that those standards and preferences can objectively identify the "best" to perform Hora Staccato among the named artists. You can get opinions but they are just opinions. Opinions are worth a lot to some people. As for me, in this case, I prefer to let the performances stand on their own merit, considering them "different versions of the same thing" for the purposes of evaluation.
I think there comes a point at which it's far more important to enjoy than it is to critique.
