Hi folks,

I found a 4 valve flugelhorn that says "OLDS Elkhart.IND.USA" on the bell.
Unfortunatelly I can't find any info about this specific flugelhorn.
However I already found out that it is probably made by Blessing, or at least Blessing made instruments named OLDS.
Here's the link to the flugel:
https://trevorjonesltd.co.uk/Second-Hand-Flugel-Horn-6.htm

Does anybody know something about it or has anybody played this flugel?

That's an Olds stencil made by Blessing. I've played one of them, and it's not bad. They copied the Courtois 156, which is a very good flugelhorn.

Thanks for your answer.
Do you remember how good or bad the intonation was?
How would you describe the sound?

looks more like a 4v Getzen Eterna flugel stencil rather than the Courtois to me.

It was pretty good, probably because of copying a good design. Tone quality was also pretty good. The one I played had a copper bell.
