Hello everyone,
I have been playing trumpet for seven years now, so keep in mind that I am still an amateur, but I posted a video I did for a school project on YouTube and was wondering if you all could give some tips or advice on how to improve my videos going forward, and to possibly spread the word about this video as well. For me there was too much reverb or echo in the sound.
It depends though, on the intent of the video - if it's an example of 'playing the instrument', then I'd like a more 'straight / not enhanced' sound. If the video is more about the 'sound and feeling' of the music, then that's a matter of artistic choice.

PLAY the next note 'on time' and 'in rhythm'.
Oh ya, watch the conductor - they set what is 'on time'.
