Do I need to buy the cap for the little tube closer to the valve casing? If yes, where can I buy it? Please Help

You need a set screw. They can be purchased at any home improvement or hardware store. I don't know the size, but perhaps one of our techs will respond.

Or you can take the horn to the store and try some. Just don't force them. The correct size should screw in easily. You will also need a hex/allen wrench.

When you get it, the unthreaded end, the piece your thumb is touching, gets inserted through the hole farthest from the valve and then into the stanchion nearest the valve. The set screw inserts into the end of the stanchion.

Even better. Although with the shipping issues it might take a week. I have a similar small part on order through aMaze using Prime and the delivery estimate is a week after I ordered.

Not complaining, just sharing. I feel for those who have to toil through this, like my wife at the DMV.
