One minor quibble with that video: The Holton Superbone, which Morrison played earlier in his career, could also be played with both valves and slide at the same time. I've owned a Holton Superbone for 35 years and there might have been a time I could have played a reasonable approximation of the lick he demonstrates on his Schagerl Superbone.

That said, the Schagerl design allows for a full-length seven-position slide as opposed to the Holton's six-and-a-half-position slide.
