How do they compare?

Both are supposedly 1 1/2C size mouthpieces...

The B4 S3 has a flatter, slightly wider rim with more bite on the inside edge.

Of the various Monette sizes in the 1-1/2C size range, the B2.5 S3 is the most similar to the Tradition PLUS 3.

So, the Tradition PLUS 3 does not have the same rim as the B3S3?

What about the others in this line? Do the Tradition PLUS 2 and 6 share rim contours with the B2S3 and B6S1, respectively?

Correct - it does NOT have the same rim as the B3 S3. It has a unique rim. It's basically the same rim as the B2.5 S3, but adapted slightly to make it feel a bit more familiar for a player coming from a Bach 1-1/2C.

The size 2 has the same rim and cup as the B2 S3.

The size 6 has the same rim and cup as the B6 S1.

Can one be made to the B4S3 specs?

As a custom order, sure.
