This question was asked a while ack but was wondering if there's an update. Does any one know of a good French Horn Forum? The ones I can find are woefully incomplete. Thanks.

The first place I thought of would be the International Horn society (IHS) forum: https://www.hornsociety.org/

They're way not as active as TH, but if someone had questions or a horn to sell, they have an "Ask a Pro" section where one should be able to get good answers and a "classified" section, where one can find anything from the mundane to exquisite.

https://lists.bogusville.us/mailman/listinfo/horn

this is a good source for 'serious content' - I think it is done only by email - not browser interface like TH. So old & clumsy, but serious people.

I used it a lot 'back in the day' , but not so much any more. But if I have a serious horn item to discuss, I'd go there first.

Interesting that even the horn reddit page is very quiet...

Although it is not really a forum, Facebook hosts a site called "Horn People"which is daily active.

It seems that the IHS Forum has a reasonable amount of info, if you dig deep enough. Otherwise, it certainly is not active. The others seem to be superficial. Oh well, we tried. Thanks.
