Bought a Martin Committee with a reverse leadpipe and inverted water keys a couple years ago and am now trying to sell it, can anyone tell me what they think it's worth? It's in good condition, only a few scratches on the lacquer. Kenosha model, serial #895069

ummmm. The connection between Miles Davis and Leblanc WAS Larry Ramirez (who at the time was still technically a design apprentice to Arvid Walters at Holton, but designed the Farkas, the Maynard horns and the Committees before Walters formally retired). Most of the colorful Committees Miles played in the Leblanc period were not only the Ramirez design, Ramirez had a hand in assembling them custom for Miles, and delivered them personally (only to hear that now Miles wanted yet another color). One of those Ramirez for Davis horns sold in 2019 for $20K.

As for yours: the 3460 is the less popular of the two bores, but still will command $1000 to $1400 in average condition. In top condition, or custom finish, it goes up really fast.
