A few off the top of my head:

Ernest Bloch (Proclamation)
Aaron Copland (Quiet City)
George Gershwin (preludes and Rhapsody in Blue)
Gustav Mahler (arrangements of Songs of a Wayfarer)

My list includes transcriptions/arrangements, so I'll be interested to see the other suggestions you receive, particularly those originally composed for trumpet.

I think Samuel Adler is Jewish. Probably some pieces (on the harder side?) worth checking out

The Mieczysław Weinberg Concerto is fantastic:

I'll be adding to this periodically, as I don't have time for a full post.

Don't forget some remarkable works by György Ligeti and Kurtág!

Happy practicing!

Also, Malcolm McNab did some Fritz Kreisler pieces on his Infinite Trumpet album. Some of those arrangements are very playable on trumpet in a similar vein to a good corner solo. I plus, it could give you a great excuse to contact Malcolm since you are at UCLA

Morton Feldman’s “A Very Short Trumpet Piece” is one of his last compositions, beautiful, effective, and can be like 5-7min long depending on the tempo you take and how you manage the pauses within and between repeating sections.

André Previn has some nice chamber music involving the trumpet, plus a Triple Concerto (w Horn and Trombone, written for Pittsburgh about ten years ago)

Milton Babbitt, Ira Taxin, David Felder, and many other contemporary American composers have written exciting chamber music featuring the trumpet.

Paul Hindemith is not Jewish, but his wife was, and his music including the Trumpet Concerto has elements referencing the holocaust and WWII. Definitely interesting music history there.

Aaron Copland (Quiet City)
George Gershwin (Rhapsody in Blue)

The great Timofei Dokshizer made a record with jewish music but I don't think that record is available anymore.
But here is the list of numbers of that record, the Kol Nidrei by Max Bruch (I think written for cello) is astonishing as played by mr. Dokshizer.

Joseph Kaminsky's Concertino for trumpet (1952):

Was featured in March this year by the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra with principal Yigal Meltzer as soloist:

Here is a low quality old YT recording with Barak Dunayer:

Mario Castelnuovo-Tedesco's two sonatas for trumpet were placed back into print a few years ago. CT was Italian by nationality and Judeo-Espanol (Sephardic Jewish) by culture or ethnicity.

I'd look into the Klezmer repertoire. Wish I could site someone specific, but there's got to be scores of writers of Eastern/Western European Jewish descent...
