I know, it’s been discussed to death, but here’s my situation: I’ve always used Torpedo cases, still do. But I now have a horn with a Saturn waterkey, and I’m not really comfortable with how it fits in a Torpedo.
So what I’m looking for: lightweight but good horn protection, not really concerned with space for a lot of extras (mutes, etc.), IMO that stuff can go in a separate bag.
To narrow the field, if Walt Johnson EVER gets his new cases into production, and if they are like his previous cases, that’s similar to I think I’m looking for.
Suggestions?
Thanks.

Not super lightweight but super protective. Have you considered a Wiseman? |

Bam trekking is a great case , not very heavy and with lot of space
also very secure and has a extra cover for rainy whether .Since is imported from Europe I guess that it will be a little pricey in states but it worth it.
