I was trying to get the rhythm section at a jam session yesterday to play the turnaround at the end of each player's solo and again at the end of the tune the way Miles did it on this recording. I thought they could intuit it, but they couldn't and I didn't know the exact chord changes to tell them. Could someone tell me what they are exactly?

Sounds like a pretty standard iii-VI7-ii-V7 turnaround to me?
