Wanted to recommend Ewan Divitt of Divitt Trumpets to anyone who wants a cool set of finger buttons. He made a set of completely custom lab grown opal buttons for my horn (Kanstul threads). The quality is stellar, and the price was very fair. 100% would recommend.

I sent him an email a couple weeks ago about a custom pair for my Bach trumpet. I hopefully l am in negotiations for a pair.

Thanks for the kind words!

I really enjoy making buttons and doing inlays. I've had a ton of order lately and it always amazes me when they are done how much the colours of the synthetic opals can glow and shift in the light.

If possible I'd love to see a video of the purple blue orange or the blue green ones if possible. Ik those and the meteorite ones are the ones we are talking about. I love the idea of iridescent buttons.

Well he just finished these for my Bach 72. Once they arrive Ill get pics of them installed and if I can get a video.
