Wow that is nice. I'd have to check on the charges for mailing and duty and fees but nice horn for that price for sure. I've been looking on Reverb. Didn't see this one. _________________ 1940s Service Bugle

Personally, I USE the great horns I have, because they are that and I enjoy playing. If your gigs are so dangerous to horns you need a beater to play on, I wouldn't be showing up.

Just bought this: [ Reverb link broken] -c-trumpet The link no longer works but it looks sweet. https://reverb.com/item/54608122-bach-stradivarius-c-trumpet It has the exact same 43 leadpipe as my Bb which is a sultry-playing trumpet.. I'm excited. I'm sure the bell crease will be less than $100 to repair if it impairs sound. Unless it's on the rim of course. I”ll take the dent out because everyone knows an instrument that looks good plays good. And Model 239 just like mine! Yay! Damn thing is almost in better shape than mine laquer-wise. Sweet!! Not exactly a beer drinking trumpet though. I may have to put that down for a while, chuckle. Thanks guys for all your help!! _________________ 1940s Service Bugle

Try to get your hands on a Courtois Mod. Dolmotte C. You won't be disappointed _________________ Technology alone is a poor substitute for experience. (Richard Sachs)

Thanks again. I'll keep an eye out. This Bach I got is fabulous!! So easy to play it feels like I'm playing in Bb. It just sounds good to my ear, better than my older Bach C even. So, so easy to play. _________________ 1940s Service Bugle

Cool! Thanks!! That was helpful particularly going through the intonation difficulties of C trumpets. Enlightening. _________________ 1940s Service Bugle
