That trumpet has had some repairs, plus it needs more work done to it.
Someone may have put a Connstellation bell on a 77B Connquest model trumpet. (See where the bell tail is attached to the first valve casing. Also, that is not a Conn mouthpiece receiver, so the mouthpipe may have been replaced.) Ask the seller some questions. _________________ C. G. Conn 60B Super Connstellation

This is one of the sellers that I will never buy from again. Too many issues with the horn that needed way too much money to fix. _________________ Richard

FrankenConn for sure. Connstellation bell on a 77B valve block with an unknown receiver/leadpipe and the wrong leadpipe/bell brace.
Doesn't mean it won't play if the compression is good - just not a Constellation and not worth that much money. |
