Lately I have been re-watching several classic movies featuring the ground-breaking scores of Erich Korngold. I am wondering if anyone in TH-Land might know who the trumpet players would have been on these amazing sessions back in the day: "The Sea Hawk" (1940), "The Adventures of Robin Hood" (1938), "Captain Blood" (1935). Thanks in advance for any clues!

I was listening to the Sea Hawk score today with the BBC Phil. Amazing trumpet playing on that. I wonder who was in that trumpet section. Then I listened to the 1940 version of the opening. Very exciting, but the sound wasn't clear. Great playing by the stufio players here as well.
