Well, I'm almost to the end of the sixth week that was posted back in December in 'Getting started'. A few miss fires, lost focus, mpc change, but continue to persevere and progress and improve. I get so dang impatient sometimes and the exercises can be soooooo boring. So what's the next set of exercises that are recommended? I get the impression from the end of the book that we will eventually get to a point that the progressions in all of this will plateau and we will use a maintenance program to keep what we have gained. Looking forward to the next posting of recommended exercise, Mr. Raymond!! Thanks again for all you've done in this forum!! |
