| Okay, so I leave for a week, and when I come back, TH has started to take a really, really long time to load, even though I have a blazing connection.(T3) And it isn't just from my home location. Is it becaue of traffic? I now see an average of 11-25 people browsing the forums at once, instead of the old 3-5 people at once? TH has become rather large, and there are some big name posters here. Do you guys need to buy more bandwith? If so, is there some sort of promotion members could do to help out, it order to keep this site free? |

We're certainly aware of the server difficulties and thanks for your note.
Although the site is busier than ever, that is not the cause of the slowness. Our host has been experiencing some pretty significant problems with this machine. Unfortunately, it's not easy to just pick up and leave a host with a site which is as complex as this.
However, yesterday and today (Wednesday and Thursday), especially today it has seemed very fast. So I'm hopeful.
Nevertheless, a move to another host is very likely in the next two weeks. It just takes alot of time, which isn't always easy to find.

| Assuming the site IP address is going to change again, let's hope the DNS propogation is faster this time. |
