I use Stamp with the James Thompson buzzing routines and the Bai Lin Lip Flexibilites. I find that these three work very well together and would like to know what other methods people are using as an adjunct to Stamp.

Arban. Clarke. St. Jacome. etc. etc. etc.

The beauty of the Stamp philosophy is that is not a 'method' per se, but rather an approach to solving the problems trumpet players face in a very natural way which is applicable to everything we do.

In the ITG Journal several years ago Roy Poper talked about the books he uses in conjunction with Stamp. You can read it at: http://www.trumpetguild.org/journal/d96/9612Mcgr.pdf

Also Michael Sachs book has a lot of great ideas on how to apply Stamp's approach to whatever music you're working on.

Enjoy,
Matt
