Who is going to trumpet camp? I'll be there with six students. Bob said something about Muskie fishing?

I'm hoping to make it up there for a day, at least

Just got home last night. The only way I can describe what happens at this camp is to read "Golf In The KIngdom" and imagine you are Michael Murphy.

Hey this is my first post!!!
but that was a really great experience.
I wish they would extend the camp a few days.

I'm already looking forward to next year!

That trumpet camp was great. It was definitely a big help in my trumpet playing. We had opportunities to get lessons with Bob Baca students and Mr. Baca himself.
When I go back next year, I hope to take more advantage of the lessons. I want to try and get three or four lessons in with different people. It's a great camp, I'd definitely recommend it.

Hey:

Is this the Shell Lake in Wisconsin? Is Dominic Spera still involved with this?

Here's the trumpet camp link. The dates appear to be updated for 2009. I've sent a bunch of kids over the years, and they all come back playing noticeably stronger:

Dominic Spera is not involved in this camp, but may still be on the roster for the jazz camps.
