I'm interested to hear thoughts on breath builders, from Voldynes to PVC pipes to little things with ping pong balls in them. What have you used, how do you use it, what exercises do you perform, how has it helped, what has worked for you and what has not?

I am the biggest gadget freak, I have all those things.The biggest help I have gotten is from running,doing situps and from a thing called a power lung.......www.powerlung.com
Check it out , a bit of cash but well worth it!!
