The annual Rafael Mendez Brass Institute is now open for registration! Dates are July 7 - 13 at the University of Denver.
About 100-120 brass students are accepted each year. Everyone applying is accepted and each are eligible for a $500 scholarship provided by the Mendez family.
A total of 22 brass faculty will be available for ensemble coaching, master classes, faculty recitals, student ensemble concerts, career seminars, and a finale concert by the Summit Brass. Trumpet faculty include Amy McCabe, Ronald Romm, Chris Coletti, John Marchiando, Aaron Romm, and David Hickman.
