Guess who is playing for Joseph.. me!
anyone out there played it? What should I expect? Is it a fun show to play?
Also.. i was listening to the CD, and on one song it sounded like a picc solo. Maybe because it was braodway or not, does the show call for a picc? it is a little while before the music comes in so.... _________________ "All music is folk music. Joseph's a great show; I played it a few years ago. It's definitely a fun show to do, as there are several different styles of music, but all pretty easy to navigate. I don't recall using a picc on any of it, and there's not really any sustained high chop stuff in it (it only goes to high C or D, I think, just a couple times). I suppose someone might use picc on the opening fanfares if they wanted that kind of sound. I'm pretty sure I did the whole thing on the ol' Bb.
I really enjoyed it - I think you will, too.
