Yes - they are really, really good. With other 2 piece mouthpiece systems I can usually only find 2 or 3 backbores that give a good scale line with a particular top. With the DiOrio/Tottle system - I can pretty much use any of the backbores with a single top and still have a good scale line. The only change seems to be the feel of resistance and the sound. |

Be sure to tell us all about your experience. I, too, have always been interested in Diorio pieces but you just don't hear much about them.

hey guys, well i went and i had a blast, i found a great mpc and i cant wait to pick it up, his workshop is amazing, along with his knowledge of mpcs. (not a bad player either) he has the amazing ability to play on any mpc, and sound great, he changes his technique to fit the mpc, its really something to see. anyway i just want to suggest that anyone who has ever thought about a diorio mpc pursue one, theyre definitely worth the time and money _________________ My babies

Are you still around? Do you know who bought his building? Do you still have the address? |

Check e-Bay for "DiOrio". It looks like someone in RI has purchased all of DiOrio's old inventory selling is as "new old" stock. You could try sending them an e-Bay message. |
