The closest thing I know of is the James Thompson buzzing book and CD. It wouldn't be too hard though to record the piano onto a mini disc recorder and then transfering that to CD. It would definitely be great if there was a Stamp CD.

There is now available a 9th Edition of the Stamp Warm-ups and Exercises book that includes play-along CDs in B-flat and C. The play-along material covers the major exercises in the book, and was written by Thomas Stevens.

Complete information is available on the publisher's website:

About the book:
http://www.editions-bim.com/stamp

About the recording:
http://www.editions-bim.com/stamp2

NOTE: The play-alongs are newly composed and recorded (they are not a transfer of the old Stamp play-along cassette tape mentioned in a previous post).
