HME has just published the first in a series of Mendez solos and trios with piano accompaniment. These have not been previously been published.

Bummer..... I was really hoping El Gitano or One Fine Day would be on the list.
Many moons ago I could swear I saw a solo version of El Gitano at Werlien's Music in New Orleans. I've looked online and have yet to find it.
I 've got bits and pieces of it worked out from memory, but would like to find a complete version in the correct key, as I worked mine out in concert Bb. No need to make it any harder than it has to be... |
