I am looking at a Conn Vintage One trumpet that was manufactured in 1959. Is this a good year for Conn horns? Does anyone have any pros or cons about this particular model. Thanks in advance for your help. |

Uhhhh....Vintage One's weren't manufactured in 1959...soooooo...
You may want to double check the info on the horn you're looking at.

Thanks so much for your info. I've asked the seller to double check the serial number before I consider the horn. |

Conn has been recycling serial numbers for around 20 years, and I don't think they made the Vintage One models until around 2000 (???). |

Yeah, The Vintage One's are fairly recent horns. Post-Conn-Selmer type thing.
If they're selling a "vintage" Conn, depending on the year, model, and condition, it could be quite a jewel. I've heard some great things about some of them!
