Hey guys,

I'm about a month into SA, it's really helped a lot of things (particularly the chest up thing which I didn't really get before). I've got a lot of gigs coming up, which parts should I omit/condense so I'm not too tired on the gig. It's not chops I'm worried about, it's chest/back/ab muscles that are really tired after a full day of SA.

I often leave out the range ex. on gig days. I also don't overdo the flexibility stuff. I also rest more and tend to take things a little slower.
I always say "You only get one good set of chops each day."
