Here is a super rare Charlie Butler Custom Early Elkhart Bach Stradivarius 37 with Corporation bell! The trumpet was put together in 2014(at the price of $3000 then!) with a 1968 body, 1966 bell, custom CRB leadpipe and vintage braces, and a lot of tweaking before it was sold to the previous owner. As you can see, the horn is then put to use since the silver plating starts to wear off, but that also means this is a real players horn, not just some collector’s item! The sound is The iconic Bach sound that we all chase after, with plenty of power behind the bell! The valves are original and still retain pretty decent compression but not like new. Included in the photos is the original receipt from Charlie (with name/addresses redacted) The previous owner plays in a National Symphony in Europe and this was their main Bb instrument for a good few years. Charlie has not really been making/tweaking horns for a while so you won’t be able to find one like this, and at this price!
