Excellent Ken Larson GFT Piccolo Trumpet. Raw brass w/ nickel valve slide receivers and a silver Bb leadpipe(A leadpipe is raw). Mechanically perfect with fast, easy valves and very strong compression.
Horn is extremely responsive (as are all of Ken Larson's horns--I own several) and easy to play. The sound is warm, complex, clear, and flexible enough for a wide variety of settings.
I don't play picc anymore and took this in trade for my Kanstul 1520 a couple months ago. I've had fun playing it but need to send it on to someone who'll really use it.
