This silver-plated 4-B6L lead trumpet mouthpiece was designed and manufactured by former Kanstul master mouthpiece maker James R. New. It's silver-plated and in excellent condition with no nicks or insertion marks.
It's a very comfortable piece with a shallow bowl. It compares favorably in size and playability to the Monette B6L series of mouthpieces. It is also similar in feel to the Bach 3E. It plays efficiently in the staff and above with rich, full sound and a crystalline upper register.
