This is a Calichhio 1SL/5 Trumpet, which is an absolute stunner of a commercial horn. It is a medium bore instrument with a removable bell and the “5” leadpipe designed for “a little less distinct slotting, with a spread sound similar to that of a Martin Commitee” according to the Calicchio. No wonder Freddie loved Calicchio horns.
Yes, it has a bit of wear and tear and to it, a few minor dings, and looks as though it has had some bell repairs done to it. Plays like a dream as it has just been serviced by horn repair wizard Phil Noy in Melbourne, Australia. The third valve is a little noisy (as expected from a vintage hand-made instrument), but that won't be an issue for the audience cause this thing is loud AF.
These things are often dubbed "The greatest commercial trumpets of all time" and are no longer being manufactured.
