This horn is INCREDIBLE. Super tight compression with lighting fast valves. Slots fantastically across the whole range, very warm and round sound that opens up to a sizzle when pushed harder. A very regrettable sale, but it needs to go.
This one has just recently been serviced by Phil Noy in Melbourne Australia, is playing great and ready for a lifetime of good gigs. Live out your Roy Hargrove dreams!

Playing our trumpet Alpha softly the sound has a unique quality best described as silky. Moreover there is almost no limit in volume. The instrument remains very stable and robust. Easily you can create your own sound on the Alpha. Both models No. 100 and 110 are very suitable as solo- instruments but are also used in groups very often.
