Become part of a dynamic and growing worldwide leader in the Music Industry, Conn-Selmer, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, energetic Customer Service Representative to work at their Corporate Office located in Elkhart, IN.
As a vital part of our sales organization, this position will answer a wide variety of incoming calls to provide first call resolution, ensuring that all requests, and inquiries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will have a Music Degree or some college music training. An instrumental background is preferred. The qualified candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written; a pleasant phone voice and excellent telephone etiquette. AS400/Mapics experience is a plus. A passion to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is required.
