I am a "comeback" trumpeter...played the horn between age 12-19, laid it down for 45 years and resumed in 2004 at age 64. As the saying goes, you never forget how to ride a bicycle. Nowadays I serve the Lord at my church helping the keyboard accompanists and playing mostly classical solos, primarily as service preludes.
I have also been a professional luthier (maker of high-end classical guitars) for almost 35 years. |
