Unfortunately I haven't played since college. Maybe one day I'll get back into the swing of things. I am more nostalgic then anything. In High school I believe I was pretty good. A word of wisdom to you Parents: "IF YOUR CHILD REALLY LOVES TO PLAY AND PRACTICE, SUPPORT THEM WHEN THEY WISH TO CONTINUE ONTO COLLEGE!!!!
I have in my little collection my favorite horn...Yamaha 6335 HG...it was so easy to play and I'm a little ashamed to say it made me instantly better than the rest of the trumpeters in the band. Various method books, a collection of notes from my teacher and of course solo after solo, some hymn descants and a lil Jazz....I'm looking to get rid of it all. |
