| I'm a trumpet playing lawyer who grew up on a diet of Maynard and Bill Chase...then spent 30 years figuring out that I was NEVER going to be those guys - Now I play a bit every day and play with a contemporary jazz group, ModernGroove, as well as an occasional classic rock gig- during the Christmas season I play with Santa's Goodie Bag Band - a roving band of middle-aged band geeks who raise money for Shriner's Children's and other children's charities while playing some whacked out Christmas arrangements. 2015 will be the 35th year of The Tour - SGGB's annual tour of several Cincinnati-area bars and restaurants, playing while the Elves pass the hat...
