The simple answer is, "Don't."
1) We use the "G" ("Goo") rather than the "K" ("Koo").
2) We never work on the "G" isolated from the "D".
3) Always DooDooGooDooDooGoo for triple (or DahDahGah for some people) and DooGooDooGoo (or DahGahDahGah) for double.
4) Keep the tongue as relaxed as possible and the air flowing freely.
5) Use lots of vowel and only just enough consonant on this pronunciation until it starts to really work.
6) Pronounce multiple tongued phrases as one multisyllabic word, not individual monosyllables.
7) Go slowly and stay calm.
