Sometimes when I play I get what I can best describe as a double buzz. I produce the primary tone, and at the same time a harmonic. As if my lip is vibrating in two spots. This usually happens after I have played hard the day before.

What causes it, and what can I do to get rid of it ?

Thanks,

-Steve
