I just came across a Martin Committee #704XXXL (I assume it is a large bore), as well as an Olds flugelhorn (I assume a model F-12) #495XXX.
If anyone can help me in dating these horns, and can offer any other technical information or specs, it would be greatly appreciated!

Actually, that Martin list is not for Martin Trumpets. Here is what I copied from a post on this site awhile ago:

Hey, not only are you guys great, but quick, too! Looks like both horns date to the early 60's.
I actually had an old Committee that my (deceased) uncle used to play in Cuban big bands in the 40's and 50's. God only knows where I lost that horn...I could kick myself.
It seems that at at my age, I'm growing to appreciate the "classic" joys of life (vintage horns, cars, recordings, wine, women...)
